Salesforce Connected App Approval (Swyft AI)

To use Swyft AI with Salesforce, your Salesforce admin may need to approve the Swyft AI connected app. See official Salesforce documentation for context.

Steps for Admins

  1. Go to Setup
    In Salesforce, click the gear icon and open Setup.

  2. Find Connected Apps
    In the Quick Find search, type Connected Apps OAuth Usage.

  3. Locate Swyft AI
    Find Swyft AI in the list.

    • If not installed, click Install.

    • If already installed, click Manage App Policies.

  4. Set Permitted Users
    Under Permitted Users, select All users may self-authorize.

  5. Confirm Access
    Have a user log in with Swyft AI to confirm the connection works.

Notes

  • With this setting, any user in your org can connect Swyft AI without additional admin approval.

  • Use permission sets/profiles only if you want to restrict access later.

  • Invited users must have the same email in both Swyft and Salesforce in order to sign in.
