First, head over to https://app.swyftai.com/dashboard/integrations and connect Zoom.
Please note: You must have administrative access to your Zoom instance to connect to Swyft.
Zoom will then prompt you to give Swyft AI access your organization's Zoom cloud recordings, meeting information, and user information.
Once connected, Swyft will automatically associate the current users in your Swyft AI organization with their respective user accounts in Zoom based on their email address.
From there, you're all set! New meeting recordings will get synced to Swyft automatically for users in your organization.
Using the Integration
If you are a Standard User in Swyft, and you have previously recorded meetings to the cloud in Zoom, you can visit https://app.swyftai.com/dashboard/meetings to view your meetings in Swyft.
If a meeting has not been analyzed by Swyft yet, simply click the meeting you want to analyze, and Swyft will notify you when it's ready to be viewed.
Removing the Zoom from Swyft AI
Open and sign in to Zoom App Marketplace.
In the top right corner, click Manage.
On the left side of the page, click Added Apps.
A list of all apps added by you is displayed.
Identify the Swyft AI app and click Remove.
A Remove App window will appear.(Optional) Click the drop-down menu to choose the reason for removing this app.
Click Remove to confirm the removal of this app.
