Before Your Call
First, make sure your settings in Zoom are properly configured. In order to use Swyft, you'll need to record to the cloud on Zoom. We recommend turning on automatic recording to the cloud in your Zoom settings for seamless cloud recording. You can learn how to set that up here.
During Your Call
Once your call has started, verify that the call is automatically recording on Zoom. If you don't see that the call is being recorded, you can manually turn on recording in the Zoom dock.
After Your Call
Keep in mind! You must record to the cloud in Zoom for Swyft AI to generate meeting details.
Once you finish a Zoom meeting, you'll receive a Slack notification from Swyft letting you know there are new meeting details to review. Click the "View Details & Update CRM" button in the notification to head to Swyft.
2. Once you open your meeting, search for the opportunity / deal the meeting was associated to. If we found an associated opportunity / deal, we'll suggest that be assigned.
4. Review your meeting details, and approve/edit/reject the suggested CRM updates in Swyft. Make edits where needed, and then click the sync button at the bottom to update your CRM fields!
You're all set! Your opportunity has been updated in your CRM.
