Cortex is Swyft's AI Agent that lets you chat directly with the insights Swyft has generated from your customer meetings. Whether you want to analyze trends, summarize meetings, or generate new content, Cortex helps you move fast - without digging through CRM records.
⚠️ Note: Cortex is only available to users with a paid Cortex seat.
Step 1: Select Context Fields
When you land on the Insights page, start by selecting which fields you want to include as context for Cortex. This context determines what data Cortex uses to answer your questions and generate content.
Click Select Fields in the top bar to choose the insights you want to make available in your chat. Once selected, the preview table will update with the corresponding data.
💡 You’ll need to select at least one field to enable the Chat with Cortex button.
Step 2: Apply Filters (Optional)
Click the filter icon next to the field selector to narrow down the insights shown in the preview and used by Cortex. You can filter by:
Meeting Types
Teams
Users
Associated CRM Objects
Date Range
These filters help Cortex focus on a specific set of meetings or CRM data, especially helpful when you’re exploring patterns or generating content for a specific team, campaign, or time period.
Step 3: Chat with Cortex
Once your context is selected, click Chat with Cortex in the top right. From there, you can:
Ask questions about your team’s meetings
Get summaries or identify patterns across conversations
Generate content like follow-up emails, value summaries, or objection-handling responses
