Workflow Log Retention
Last updated: November 5, 2025
Starting the week of Novenber 3, 2025, Swyft will begin automatically deleting workflow logs that are older than 30 days. This change is part of our ongoing efforts to optimize system performance and storage while keeping your recent workflow history easily accessible.
What’s Changing
Logs older than 30 days will be deleted automatically.
Only logs for workflows that have successfully completed will be removed.
Logs for workflows that are paused or have errored will not be deleted. These logs will continue to remain available until the workflow is resolved.
Why We’re Making This Change
Most customers rarely need access to logs beyond 30 days. By cleaning up completed workflow logs, we ensure that system performance remains fast and reliable without compromising on your ability to troubleshoot or monitor workflows that are still active.
How This Affects You
You will continue to have full access to workflow logs from the past 30 days.
If you need to retain logs longer than 30 days, we recommend exporting or archiving them before this change takes effect.
Workflows that are still in progress or encountered an error will not be impacted by this cleanup process.
