Setting Up the Swyft Meeting Bot (Admins)
Last updated: September 25, 2025
The Swyft Meeting Bot must be enabled by an administrator before end users can invite it to their meetings. Follow the steps below to get started.
Step 1: Request Access
Contact us via your shared Slack channel or by emailing hello@swyftai.com to request access to the Meeting Bot.
Step 2: Admin Permissions Required
Once approved, only technical admins can configure who in your organization should have access to the Meeting Bot.
Step 3: Configure Bot Settings
As a technical admin, go to:
app.swyftai.com/dashboard/settings/organization/bot-settings
From this page, you can:
Enable or disable the Meeting Bot for specific users
View current usage and limits for your organization
Step 4: Manage Usage and Limits
Depending on your plan, certain limits may apply:
Concurrent Bot Limit
You may have a cap on the number of bots that can be active in meetings at the same time. Once the limit is reached, additional bots cannot be invited until others finish.Monthly Bot Hours
Each plan includes a limit on monthly bot hours.A bot hour = one hour of a bot being spun up and processing a meeting.
This counts even if the bot is stuck in a waiting room and does not record.
✅ Once set up, end users in your organization with bot access enabled will be able to invite the bot directly into their meetings.
