Connecting Swyft to Gong
First, head over to https://app.swyftai.com/dashboard/integrations and connect Gong for your organization.
Please note: You must be a Gong Technical Administrator to manage this integration.
After you have connected Gong, all users in your Swyft organization will be linked to their Gong account by their email address.
Automatically send new calls in Gong to Swyft
You can set up your Gong integration to automatically send new calls to Swyft once the recording has been uploaded to Gong, whether that's via the Gong meeting bot, meetings recorded on Zoom, or something else.
Head over to your company settings page
You can navigate to the company settings page by clicking your name in the upper right hand corner of the screen, and then clicking "Company Settings".
Create a new "Automation rule"
First, click "Automation rules" under the "Ecosystem" settings.
Next, click the "Add Rule" button when on the "Automation rules" page.
Your rule conditions should be:
IF - Trigger: New call
THEN - Action: Fire webhook
Enter the following url in the in input:
The authentication method should be "Signed JWT header"
Next, add name your rule and enable the automation.
Test your automation rule with a sample Gong call.
If you see this message, then you have configured your automation rule correctly.
Finally, save your automation rule and you're all done! 🎉 😎
