Avoma Integration Guide

1. Request Your Avoma API Key

  1. As an Avoma admin, email help@avoma.com requesting your API credentials

  2. Avoma will reply with your Client Key, Client Secret, and API Key

  3. Copy the API Key—you’ll need it in the next step

2. Connect the Integration in Swyft AI

  1. Log in to Swyft AI as an admin and go to Dashboard → Integrations

  2. Find the Avoma tile and click Connect

  3. Paste your API Key into the Avoma API Key field

  4. Click Save—Sw​yft AI will validate your key and enable the integration

API Usage Example
Swyft AI sends the API Key in the Authorization header:
​Authorization: Bearer <YOUR API KEY>

3. Entities Swyft AI Will Access

Once connected, Swyft AI can pull and analyze these Avoma entities:

  • Meeting — metadata (date, time, participants, agenda)

  • Recording — audio/video files for transcription and analysis

  • Transcription — text transcripts of your meetings

  • Users — user profiles to match speakers to your CRM contacts

4. Troubleshooting

  • Invalid API Key: Make sure you copied the full key exactly as sent by Avoma

  • No Data Appearing: Confirm your Avoma plan includes API access

  • Missing Participants: Verify that all meeting attendees are set up as Users in Avoma
